I developed the BankrollU Simulator, an internal discovery tool designed to enhance decision-making by testing gameplay mechanics and business model assumptions against strategic objectives. This tool has been instrumental in identifying risks and optimizing key parameters—such as user pass rates, payout structures, and expected profitability—to ensure alignment with business goals. By allowing nontechnical leadership to adjust variables like betting limits, odds, initial bankrolls, and so on, the simulator provides data-driven insights into how different configurations impact user outcomes and overall profitability.
